Cancellations received one week prior to arrival will have a $22.60 fee with the balance refundable in the same way in which the payment was made.
Cancellations received less than one week prior to arrival will have a $22.60 fee with balance refunded by rain cheque.

Campers using sites before and after season (e.g. between November 1st & May 1st) will be charged based on $20 per day use. Please inform the office of the total days by May 1st
Off-season stays longer than 3 days on sites without water will not be permitted
The Camper shall not use the Campsite as a principal, permanent, year-round or full time residence and shall vacate the unit for a minimum of sixty (60) consecutive days annually between October 31st and the following April 30th.

Green Acre Park will be closed from January 1, 2013 to March 1, 2013.
